A first conversation, no pitch.
Forty-five minutes to understand your operation and decide, honestly, whether there’s a fit. You talk to the people who design, build, and run the systems — not a sales rep.

What a first conversation looks like
A conversation with the people who build
Not a sales rep or an account manager. Whoever designs, builds, and operates the systems is who listens from the first call.
A preliminary read
You leave with an initial sense of your operation: where clear agentic opportunities exist and where AI does not add value yet.
Honesty about fit
If your size, timing, or type of operation isn’t a fit for our model, we say so. That same candor is what you’ll get in every later conversation.
A clear next step
At the close, we tell you plainly whether it makes sense to move to the Map stage, what its scope would be, and how it would be structured. If not, we say that too.
What people ask
How long is the first conversation?+
About forty-five minutes — enough to understand the context of your operation, answer questions, and form an initial view on fit without dragging it out.
Is the conversation confidential?+
Yes. Anything you share at this stage is treated as confidential, with no formal NDA required up front. If you’d prefer a specific NDA, we sign it without friction.
How is it structured commercially?+
Like a growth partner: an investment for discovery and design, a build investment scoped to the work, and a monthly operating fee. For systems that drive direct revenue, we can also structure a component tied to impact. Details are worked out case by case.
What happens after the conversation?+
If there’s a clear fit, we send a scope proposal for the Map stage. If you need more time, we stay in touch with no pressure. If there’s no fit, we tell you directly.
